Spiritually curious since a young age, I had a much larger awakening in the middle of 2023 and my guides decided to put me on a fast track of greater healing and self-love. This awakening led me to be fascinated with all types of hypnosis, especially quantum hypnosis as a bridge to expended states of consciousness. I was led to Soul Center Healing Hypnosis, founded by Laura Whitworth, as the right modality for me. I hope to expand my hypnosis offerings in the future but wanted to start with what I feel is the most important.

Before that, I worked in the education and youth development space for over 10 years, including working at a residential treatment center for adolescent girls; helping teenagers develop emotional intelligence and explore their passions at a large non-profit, and working on global programs at a top university. I am a true believer in the power of transformational travel and have long been considering becoming a travel advisor. I was gifted the idea of Cosmic Travel Plans and knew that this could be a needed service at this time. In addition, on my most recent travel to Scotland in November 2023 the universe affirmed this for me by helping me get in touch with the elementals and spirit of the Highlands giving me the message that certain areas of the world are waiting to feel certain frequencies of familiar souls.
